Delete your SuprHealth account

In the app (fastest)

1. Open SuprHealth on your phone or at suprhealth.app and sign in.
2. Go to You › Privacy.
3. Tap Delete everything and confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away.

Without the app

Email support@suprhealth.app from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We'll confirm and delete it within 7 days.

What is deleted

Your profile, every entry and collection (meals, workouts, sleep, mood, medicines, cycle, labs, records, journal, photos and notes), care circle and share links, connected AI apps and tokens, AI usage counters and your sign-in account. Backups that may still hold it expire within 30 days.

What is kept

Nothing we hold. Apple, Google Play and Polar keep their own purchase records under their policies. Deleting your account doesn't cancel a store subscription: cancel it in your App Store or Google Play settings too.
