Using SuprHealth
You must be 16 or older to use SuprHealth. Keep your sign-in details safe; you're responsible for activity on your account. Don't misuse the service, try to access other people's data, or interfere with it.
Not medical advice
SuprHealth is a wellness and record-keeping tool. Scores, insights, plans and AI answers are general information, not a diagnosis, prescription or dose, and not a substitute for a doctor or other clinician. Talk to a professional before changing medicines, diet or training because of something the app shows. In an emergency call your local emergency number.
Subscriptions
SuprHealth and SuprHealth AI are auto-renewing subscriptions, monthly unless you choose otherwise, with a free trial where offered. Prices are shown before you buy and may vary by country. Payment is charged to your Apple ID, Google Play account or card (Polar, on the web) at confirmation, or when the free trial ends. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; the account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings, or from the link in your Polar receipt. Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription. Refunds follow the store's policy.
Your content
What you log stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you, as the privacy policy describes.
Connected apps and AI
Optional AI features and AI apps you connect act on your instructions within the permissions you grant. AI can be wrong; check anything important.
Availability and changes
We work to keep SuprHealth available but can't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features and will tell you in advance about changes that materially affect a paid plan.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, SuprHealth is provided as is, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.
Ending
You can stop using SuprHealth and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
